I'm your GetFit Trainer, nutrition coach and author of the successful 21 Day Easy Diet

Hello and welcome, my name is Kathy,

I help people from all over the world to lose weight and get in the best shape of their life.  I have over 30 wonderful years working in the health and fitness industry enjoying positions as a personal trainer, general manager and owner of my own small fitness studio. I provide weightloss coaching, Get Fit Fast Track personal training, goal setting, accountability and I cheer you on for every pound that you lose!  My biggest joy is to see women increase their self confidence and successfully accomplish their goal.  It gives me great joy in assisting ladies throughout their body transformation...goal setting, creating a Vision Story, nutrition program, food substitutions, shopping trips and workouts that are an exciting journey into a new you that you didn’t even know existed! Get Fit Fast Track is easy to understand exercise techniques that are learn-able and do-able by absolutely everyone.

I will support you and assist you through every stage of your weight loss journey.  If you can imagine it...we can create it. If you can dream it...you can become it.

Upon turning 40 (several years back), I set out to better understand goal setting and women’s efficient weight loss. I decided to test my theories on myself and become an all natural professional bodybuilder where I accomplished my goal and won many Master’s competitions. These experiences gave me the unofficial title of the “modern day physiological sculptor”, using dumbbells, and the human body as marble; I want help you to fall in love with your own body.
