Cut Squash in half length wise

Scoop out the seeds
-
Place cut side down in ¼ inch of water in a glass pan

Cover with saran wrap or cling wrap
-
Microwave 6 – 9 minutes until contents are soft

Remove carefully - Will be extremely hot

Rake a fork through the contents & watch as you create spaghetti! Mounds of it!!! Eat as much as you want - it is a fibrous vegetable!

I hope your first three days of eating are going well. During these days we are detoxing your body off of processed foods and sugar. You may have a little brain fogginess and feel a little more tired than usual. Your body is used to operating off of more sugar in your system!
