Cut Squash in half length wise
Scoop out the seeds
Place cut side down in ¼ inch of water in a glass pan
Cover with saran wrap or cling wrap
Microwave 6 – 9 minutes until contents are soft
Remove carefully - Will be extremely hot
Rake a fork through the contents & watch as you create spaghetti! Mounds of it!!! Eat as much as you want - it is a fibrous vegetable!
