My Favorite Protein Blender Shake, Plus More!

It’s Time for a New Recipe!

My Favorite Protein Blender Shake:

20 – 25g chocolate protein powder
½ banana
1 TBsp peanut butter
6 – 8 oz of Unsweetened Almond Milk
Stevia to taste
Ice
Blend until smooth & frothy…Mmmmm ENJOY!!!

Cheat Meal!

You have completed a week and a half of the eating plan and you are learning a lot about your likes/dislikes.  Share your new knowledge with your family, co-workers & friends…this helps you to engrain this information into your long term memory.  Surround yourself with healthy eating!  Read about it, talk about it, research it…and always find ways to burn extra calories all day long!  Test yourself all day long…is this going to take me closer to my weight loss goal, or take me further away???
