How to Cook Spaghetti Squash

  1. Cut Squash in half length wise
  2. Scoop out the seeds
  3. Place cut side down in ¼ inch of water in a glass pan
  4. Cover with saran wrap or cling wrap
  5. Microwave 6 – 9 minutes until contents are soft
  6. Remove carefully - Will be extremely hot
  7. Rake a fork through the contents & watch as you create spaghetti!  Mounds of it!!!  Eat as much as you want - it is a fibrous vegetable!
